On the day of your wedding, you do not want, or should not be stressing about anything. It is your special day and a day that you will treasure forever.

To ensure your delicate details fall into place and to make certain that you and your guests can confidently enjoy the day, I offer Wedding Coordination Services.

As your Wedding Coordinator, I would be responsible for the flawless execution of your plans, by being on site to oversee the final touches, coordinate with vendors, greet your guests and I will ensure the day goes off without a hitch.

This service is for couples who have confidently taken care of their planning and logistics and require support before the day but more importantly require someone on the day to make sure all the vendors have a point of contact, and to ensure that the day looks and runs exactly like you have planned.

My main priority is you as my client, and ensuring that your wedding day is exactly how you have envisioned.

Inclusions:

As your Wedding Coordinator, I would carry out and fulfill the below tasks and more:

• A face-to-face meeting to go through all your requirements

• Pre wedding venue visit

• Development of a customised run sheet

• Time keeping of your run sheet

• Liaising with your bridal party for entrance and exit logistics

• Communicating and assisting the MC, venue and vendors and supervising the final setup and running of the day

• Welcoming and assisting your guests

• Ensuring the top layer of your cake is packed away

• Ensuring your gifts are placed in a safe place

• Problem solving and troubleshooting, to keep the stress away from the couple
